NOTE:

This application is available to NRTAdmin users.


This feature enables you to upload the Office and Email configuration files for iManage Work for Office application. These files contain information such as server login information, email management settings, Office integration options, and so on.

In this release, you can upload the configuration files under two categories: Office Configuration and Email Configuration. In the future release, an option to add categories will be introduced.

Adding Configuration Files

  1. Click Client Setup > Office > the category to which you want to upload the configuration file.

  2. Click images/download/thumbnails/38733544/image.gif to add new files; Add File page appears.

  3. Click Browse and select the file to be added, and click Save. The configuration file is added under the selected category.

Additional Actions on Configuration Files

Click a file and then click any of the following actions:

  • Replace - Click Browse, select the file replacement file, and click Save. The old file is replaced with the new file selected.

  • Download - Click (download icon) to download the configuration file to your local directory.

  • Delete - Click (delete icon) to delete the file.
