The Downloads dashboard tile provides a high-level summary of application download activity across your iManage Cloud customer environments for the selected reporting period. It displays the total number of application downloads and indicates the increase or decrease in download volume compared to the immediately preceding reporting period of the same duration.

This tile lets users quickly assess overall application download trends, monitor changes in customer adoption and consumption, and identify whether download activity is increasing or decreasing over time. By presenting both the total download count and the comparative change from the previous period, the tile serves as a key indicator of application usage and customer engagement.
