Overview

iManage Disposition Manager enables organizations to set retention policies and perform defensible disposition of electronic content stored in iManage Work and audit readiness to mitigate regulatory risk. This intuitive solution, fully embedded in the iManage platform, retains electronic content in the cloud only as long as necessary, strengthening governance and controlling storage usage. The application includes:

• Centralized governance: Administrators can set and enforce policies for electronic records governance, defining retention periods, and creating disposition review workflows.  

• Audit trail: An audit trail keeps track of when records were destroyed and who approved each disposition. 

• In-browser access: Users can access iManage Disposition Manager from their web browsers with no desktop client installation required. They can also switch from iManage Disposition Manager to iManage Work using the app switcher option available within the application.

• Streamlined workflow: Dispositions can optionally include review from multiple users, prompted by optional email notifications.
