iManage Insight+ Curation uses workflows created using Microsoft Power Automate. These workflows give more flexibility to admins over a hard-coded workflow. You must have a valid license to start using Power Automate to build and test workflows. For more information, refer to Prerequisites. Every organization can have its own workflows defined based on the number of users, number of knowledge administrators, volume of documents to be processed as knowledge assets, and so on.

iManage offers you predefined workflow templates that you can import into Power Automate.

In general, curation has six steps:

1. Submit

2. Edit/Curate

3. Publish

4. Unpublish

5. Reject

6. Retire

NOTE: Two workflows cannot have the same name for the same tenant within a given library.
