In each facility, three system-level WorkGroups are created with special facility-level privileges. Membership to these three groups is controlled using Library Manager.

In an IRM implementation, you must add all Records Manager users to the WorkSpace Creators Workgroup.

To add all users to the WorkSpace Creators Workgroup:

1. Under Facilities, expand the facility that you assigned as the Records Management facility.

2. In the Workgroups node, expand Workgroups.
   The three Workgroups display (Administrators, Trustee Browsers, and WorkSpace Creators).

3. Right-click WorkSpace Creators and then select Edit.
   In the Edit Workgroup dialog, the members of the Workgroup are displayed under Members.

4. In the Trustee Selection Tree, select Members.
   All the available realms are displayed in the Trustee Selector column.

5. To include all trustees in the Members column, select the master realm and then select Add.

6. Select OK to save your changes.
