Each IRM library has a set of system configurations that can be changed using Library Manager. For more information about the specific configurations, refer to Records Manager Configurations.
To view all the configurations (IRM specific and additional system configurations), expand a library and select System Configurations. The list of system configurations is displayed on the right.
To change an IRM system configuration:
Expand a library and select System Configurations. The list of configurations displays on the right.
Right-click the required system configuration and select Edit.
For Value, enter the desired information. For more information about the available options, refer to Records Manager Configurations.
Select OK to save your changes.
NOTE: To take effect, the settings used by desktop clients typically require a client restart.
