Transmittal Codes types can be deleted only if no active requests which use the specific type exist.

To delete a transmittal code type:

1. In Library Manager, expand the cluster, then the library, and then Metadata.

2. Under Metadata, select Transmittal Code.
   The available transmittal codes display in the right pane of Library Manager.

3. Right-click the transmittal code you want to delete and select Delete.
