If you have modified the default Records Manager object model to include new metadata properties or tables, you'll need to expose these properties in the appropriate forms.

For example, if you have created an extended property to track the Timekeeper to which the file part belongs, you must add a Timekeeper field to the New File Part form, New File Part from template, the Edit File Part form, and optionally to the Search File Part form.

To add extended metadata to a form, the data model must be in draft mode. For more information, refer to Working on a Draft.
