The extended properties were added to the New, Edit, and Search Matter Forms.

New Matter Form

1. Double-click a client to display the list of matters in it.

2. On the File menu, point to New, and select Matter. Alternatively, right-click anywhere in the List pane, and select New Matter.
   The New Matter dialog opens. 

Edit Matter Form

1. Search or browse for a matter, then right-click the matter and select Properties.

2. In the Edit Matter dialog, select the browse  icon for the Primary Practice field.
   The Browse and Select dialog opens with the list of primary practices.

3. Select Maritime Law and then select OK. The value is displayed in the Primary Practice field.
   As Primary Practice is the parent field for the defined relationship, the value selected in this field determines the values available for Sub Practice field in the Browse and Select dialog.

4. For the Sub Practice field, select the browse icon.
   The Browse and Select dialog opens with the list of sub practices for the selected Maritime Law primary practice.

5. Select the required sub practice and then select OK.

Search Form

On the Search menu, select Matter. The Search Matter form opens.
