After they’re created, file parts are ready for label printing and are displayed in the Pending Items list. If you don't want to print labels for these file parts, you can remove them from the list by marking them as printed. This ensures that labels aren't printed by mistake.
In the Record Activities pane, select File Labels.
The Desktop Label Printing interface opens, displaying a list of file parts created that are due for label printing.Select file parts, and then select Mark as Printed.
The file parts move from the Pending Items list to the Printed Items list.
