In the Record Activities pane, select File Labels. The Desktop Label Printing interface opens, displaying a list of file parts that are due for label printing.
To check out the file part after label printing, select one of the following Check out to check box:
Myself: To check out the file part to yourself.
Other User: To check out the file part to another user, select and then select a user.
NOTE: If the user doesn't have a default delivery location assigned, the application doesn't perform a checkout during label printing. For information about assigning a delivery location to a user, contact your administrator.
Select Print Report, or in the Record Activities pane, select File Label Report.
Alternatively, select specific file parts, and select Print Selected.
If you're printing labels for the first time, the Select Label printer and Label report format dialog opens.From the Printer settings list, select a printer to use as the default printer.
From the Select label report format list, select a format for displaying information in the label.
Select OK. The labels for the selected file parts are generated and are displayed in Report View.
The Report View toolbar has the Report View functions listed in the following table.Table: Report View functions

| Backward and Forward: Lets you move to the previous and next page of the report. |
| Labels to Skip: Lets you select the labels to be excluded from the printed report. |
On the Report View toolbar, select Print.
In the Print dialog, select a printer and verify the printer settings.
Select OK.
NOTE: On printing labels, the file parts move from the Pending Items list to the Printed Items list.When label generation is in process, if you select Print Report or Print Selected, a message is displayed. Select either of the following:
To cancel the current process and schedule a new one, select Yes.
To continue the current process, select No.
