1. On the Search menu, point to Eligibility and then select Records for Cut Off.

  2. Enter the search criteria in any of the available fields: 

    • Select  and then select:

      • Cutoff period: A cutoff cycle configured for the retention schedule of the file part.

      • Media type: The media type of the file part, such as ‌jacket, insert, document, and so on.

      • Office/Department: The location or group most responsible for the file part.

      • Record status: The current status of the file part.

      • Retention schedule: A retention schedule to search for all file parts to which this schedule is applied.

      • Created by: The user who created the file part.

      • Modified by: The user who last modified, checked in, or checked out the file part.

      • Cutoff date: Specify a date. Only file parts that are eligible for cut-off as of this date are found.

      • Retention start date: Select the date used to start the schedule.

      • Created date: Specify a date when the file part was created.

      • Modified date: Specify a date when the file part was last modified.

  3.  Select OK
