To enter additional search criteria (such as Media Type, Retention Schedule, Created Date and so on), on the toolbar, select Advanced Search. The application opens the relevant search dialog based on the level of the file plan you are browsing. You can also perform advanced searches by selecting the following options on the Search menu:

• Clients

• Matters

• Requests

• Search File Part Audit History
