Actions performed in Records Manager on records are logged in the application.

NOTE: You must have the View Audit History privilege to perform this action.

  1. Search or browse for a file part, and select it.

  2. To view a list of actions performed on the file part, in the Preview pane, select the Audit History tab.
    Alternatively, on the Actions menu, select Audit History. The Audit History window opens listing the actions.

  3. Select Close.
