The default setting of Eligibility Date for Disposition Eligibility is updated. For more information, refer to table List of filters under Filters.

Updates to the parameters required when adding iManage Work at cloudimanage.com libraries to iManage Records Manager (IRM) in the cloud. For more information, refer to appendix A.

Clarification that the integration of IRM Web Client with iManage Work is available only when IRM is on premises. Refer to the IRM Web Client access options section in getting started with IRM Web Client.
Appendix added for the iManage Records Manager Administration tool. This tool is applicable only to, and available for, iManage Records Manager Service in the Cloud customers who have opted in to receive the EAP Cloud Service Update required to connect their iManage Work at cloudimanage.com libraries to IRM. This tool is available (to these customers only) through the IRM Web Client. For more information, refer to Appendix.

Responsible reviewers denying an item for disposition must now provide a reason for doing so. This field enables categorization that can help the records team progress items through their lifecycles. Refer to Disposition eligibility.
In this release, File Plan Administrators can action approvals without the need for the Approve Disposition privilege. This is clarified in the disposition eligibility section.
