Use the Usage Summary section to retrieve the Usage Report on iManage Share, which is based on a 21 day moving average. A sample Usage Summary report is as shown in the following figure:

In the above sample:

  • 491.8 MB: total space used by all the users on iManage Share.

  • 150.1 MB: space used by files in the Trash folder.

  • 79: total number of files available.

To generate a report, select Usage Summary > Download Report. For more information, see Viewing User Usage.
