- Viewing Client Details
- Managing Matters
- Viewing and managing Client Holds
- Viewing Historical Changes
- Viewing Opposing Team Sets (Clients)
- Viewing List of Users
- Client user and group icons
- Updating a Client (including security, staffing, and so on)
- Deleting a Client
