You may want to remove a client from iManage Security Policy Manager if you had registered the client in iManage Security Policy Manager erroneously. 

You cannot remove a client if there are matters associated with that client in iManage Security Policy Manager. You must remove the matters first and then remove the client. 

Likewise, you cannot remove a client if there is an active hold on that client.

NOTE:

Removing a client in iManage Security Policy Manager does not remove the client from other associated systems.

  1. Select Clients.
    The Clients page with the list of clients and client groups appears.
  2. On the Clients dashboard, click anywhere on the row of the client you want to remove from iManage Security Policy Manager.
    The Matters page appears.
  3. Click   > Delete Client. A dialog box appears asking you to confirm your action.
  4. Click Yes. The client is now removed from iManage Security Policy Manager and you can no longer access the client in this application.
