As a User and Group Administrator, you can delete a user added in the system. You cannot delete a user imported from a source system.

  1. Click Users / Roles in the left navigation pane.
    The Users page with the list of users / groups appears. 
  2. Click on the row of the user that you want to delete.
    The <User name> - Details page appears. 

    NOTE:

    You can delete only those users that you added in the system. You can see a pen icon next to such users.

  3. Click  > Delete User.
  4. Click Yes to confirm your action. 
    The user is deleted from iManage Security Policy Manager.
