SAML authentication is the preferred mode of authentication to access iManage Security Policy Manager. However, your organisation may want to provide certain users, for example, an administrator, the ability to login to the application using form based authentication (username and password). iManage Security Policy Manager provides you the functionality to enable this option on the user page in the interface. As a User and Group Administrator or User or Group Manager, you can enable this feature for users listed in iManage Security Policy Manager.

1. Click Users / Roles in the left navigation pane.
   The Users page with the list of users / groups appears. The user list comprises the entire staff of the firm.
2. Click on the row of the user for whom you want to enable the form based login functionality.
   The <User name> - Details page appears.

3. Select the Enable Form Login check box. The user can now sign in to the iManage Security Policy Manager application using form based login. 

   NOTE:

   Clear the Enable Form Login check box to disable the functionality for the user.
