If you are a user with Client and Matter Administrator role, Client and Matter Manager role, or Holds Administrator role, you can access the Settings page. The settings presented are dependent on which of these roles you have.

Depending on your role, the settings include the ability to:

  • configure various settings that can be applied across assets
  • customize the terminology or language of SPM
  • configure general notification settings
  • configure locations
  • add custom properties
  • enable Maintenance Mode (for use when performing Generic Migration)

To access the Settings page, select <Username> > Settings in the upper right of the top banner, with <Username> denoting the username of the logged-in user.
