In the Cases dashboard:

  1. Hover on the row of the relevant case.
  2. Select . The Case details - Overview page appears.

The Case Details - Overview page displays the following details:

Detail

Description

Security Policy

The current security policy of the case.

Click View Security Policy to navigate to the Security tab in the Case Details page. You can modify the security policy for the case under the Security tab.

Staffing

The count of users that are part of the case staffing. This count includes the count of users in the included matters.

Click View Staffing to navigate to the Staffing tab in the Case Details page. You can modify the staffing details for the case under the Staffing tab.

Conflicted Users

The count of users having a conflict with the current case.

Click View Conflicted Users to navigate to the Conflicted Users tab in the Case Details page. If you have the Conflicts officer role assigned, you can modify the conflicting user details for the case under the Conflicted Users tab.

Opposing Team Sets

The count of opposing team sets.

Click View Opposing Team Sets to navigate to the Opposing Team Sets tab in the Case Details page. If you have the Conflicts officer role assigned, you can modify the opposing team set details for the case under the Opposing Team Sets tab.

NOTE:

If scheduled review of an applicable opposing team set is overdue, a flag  is displayed to the right of the count opposing team sets.

Scheduled Review

This pane is displayed only when a review has been scheduled for the case. If the Frequency of Review under the General Details page is set to 'Never' then this information is not displayed on this page.

Click View Scheduled Review to navigate to the General Details tab in the Case Details page. You can modify the frequency of review and mark review complete for the client under the General Details tab.

Security Memo

This pane displays the security memo defined for the case.

Allowed Users

The count of all users who have access to the case and any matters that are secured by case. In case of cases with 'open' security policy, 'All users' is displayed, which implies that all the non-excluded users have access to the case content.

Click View Allowed Users Report to navigate to the Allowed Users tab in the Reports page.

Excluded Users

The count of all users who are either in conflict with the case or are a member of an opposing team set and are excluded from it.

Click View Excluded Users Report to navigate to the Excluded Users tab in the Reports page.

Holds

The count of holds that the case is a part of.

Select View Holds to navigate to the Security tab which contains the Holds panel. See Viewing and managing Case Holds.
