In the Clients dashboard,
- Hover on the row of the relevant client group.
- Select . The Overview tab is displayed, by default.
The Client Group Details - Overview page displays the following details:
Detail | Description |

Clients | The count of clients under the client group. Click View Clients to navigate to the Clients page. You can add and update clients to the client group from this page. |
Matters | The count of matters under the client group. All the matters that belong to clients in the client group are also included in the count. Click View Matters to navigate to the Matters page. You can add and update matters to the client group from this page. |
Security Policy | The current security policy of the client group. Click View Security Policy to navigate to the Security tab in the Client Details page. You can modify the security policy for the client under the Security tab. |
Staffing | The count of users that are part of the client group staffing. Click View Staffing to navigate to the Staffing tab in the Client Group Details page. You can modify the staffing details for the client group under the Staffing tab. |
Conflicted Users | The count of users having a conflict with the current client group. Click View Conflicted Users to navigate to the Conflicted Users tab in the Client Group Details page. If you have the Conflicts officer role assigned, you can modify the conflicting user details for the client group under the Conflicted Users tab. |
Opposing Team Sets | The count of opposing client and client group teams. Click View Opposing Team Sets to navigate to the Opposing Team Sets tab in the Client Group Details page. If you have the Conflicts officer role assigned, you can modify the opposing team set details for the client group under the Opposing Team Sets tab. |
Scheduled Review | This pane is displayed only when a review has been scheduled for the client group. If the Frequency of Review under the General Details page is set to 'Never' then this information is not displayed on this page. Click View Scheduled Review to navigate to the General Details tab in the Client Group Details page. You can modify the frequency of review and mark review complete for the client group under the General Details tab. |
Matter Security | A pie chart showing classification of matter level security under the client group. |
Allowed Users | The count of all users who have access to the client group. This includes the count of all those users who have access to the clients and their matters, included in the client group. In case of client groups with 'open' security policy, 'All users' is displayed, which implies that all the non-excluded users have access to the client group content. Click View Allowed Users Report to navigate to the Allowed Users tab in the Reports page. |
Excluded Users | The count of all users who are either in conflict with the client group or are a member of an opposing team set and are excluded from it. Users who have conflicts with the included clients and their matters are also included in the count. Click View Excluded Users Report to navigate to the Excluded Users tab in the Reports page. |
Holds | The count of holds that the client group is a part of. Select View Holds to navigate to the Security tab which contains the Holds panel. See Viewing and managing Client Group Holds. |
