Configuration > Exclusions in iManage Threat Manager enables you to add users to the Global Exclusions List. You may want to exclude users such as Help Desk users, System accounts, or Trainees, who have a legitimate reason to behave differently from the general population. Including these users in the analysis would skew the thresholds of the groups, so, you may want to exclude such users globally.

Exclude

If you're a user with any of Configuration Manager, Investigator, or Rule Editor roles, you can add users to the Global Exclusions List in either of the following ways:

  • Select the three dots icon in the row of the user that you want to add to the Global Exclusions List, and then select Add to Global Exclusions List

  • Select the check boxes next to the users you want to add to the Global Exclusions List, and then select Add to Global Exclusions List.

  • Use the search bar to filter results by Name or User ID.

Global Exclusions List

The list of globally excluded users is displayed in the Global Exclusions List tab. If you're a user with any of Configuration Manager, Investigator, or Rule Editor roles, you can remove the users from this list.

You can remove users from the Global Exclusions List in either of the following ways.

  • Select the Three Dots icon in the row of the user that you want to remove from the list, and then select Remove from Global Exclusions List.

  • Select the check boxes next to the users you want to remove from the Global Exclusions List, and then select Remove from Global Exclusions List.

  • Use the search bar to filter results by Name or User ID.
