As a proactive measure, we’re partnering with Microsoft to enhance its email management solution with the new Outlook email management. We've developed a modern, multi-platform add-in that provides advanced email management and filing capabilities for the latest versions of Microsoft Outlook, including Outlook for Windows, Outlook Web Access, Outlook for Mac, and Outlook for iOS and iPadOS.
This solution, the iManage Work for Outlook app, along with the accompanying backend service, allows your organization to automate email filing, management, and compliance tasks securely by integrating Microsoft 365 mailboxes with iManage Work. It maintains strict control over permissions and access while allowing you to efficiently manage your emails and attachments directly on any supported device.
This guide provides instructions for setting up the iManage Work for Outlook service to integrate the iManage Work for Outlook app with Microsoft using the Azure portal, the Microsoft 365 Admin center, and Microsoft Powershell.
