iManage Work for Outlook supports both shared mailboxes and delegate mailboxes when set up by your Administrator. In both cases, your administrator must grant both Send as and Read and manage (Full access) for iManage Work integration. The processes for working with iManage Work for Outlook are the same whether you're using your inbox or a shared or delegate mailbox.
