iManage Work for Outlook supports both shared mailboxes and delegate mailboxes. Your mailbox and any shared or delegate mailbox must be active in iManage Cloud email management—no additional setup is required on your end.

Using shared or delegate mailboxes with iManage Work for Outlook works the same as using your inbox with iManage Work for Outlook.
