The first time you open the iManage Work task pane in Microsoft Outlook after signing in, you'll be prompted to sign in to both your Microsoft and iManage Work accounts. To ensure that your mailbox is activated in iManage Work for Outlook the first time you sign in, your administrator has activated auto-enrollment. When you open the iManage Work for Outlook app for the first time, the app initiates the mailbox enrollment and activation, which provides the prompts to Sign in to Microsoft and Sign in to iManage.
On the Home tab in Microsoft Outlook, near the top right of the ribbon, or on the left sidebar, select the icon to open the iManage Work task pane.
NOTES:
If the “Microsoft authentication failed” message is displayed, and you're accessing Outlook through a browser, go to the browser settings, and select Allow third-party cookies. Close and reopen your browser and sign in again.
If you aren't accessing Outlook through a browser, follow the instructions in the message, or contact your administrator.
In the iManage Work task pane, select Sign in to Microsoft, and follow the prompts to enter your user name and password.
If configured by your administrator, you may also be prompted with a Permissions requested dialog.
