Select one or more emails you wish to copy and drag it from the center panel.
Hover over the tree nodes to expand the containers within.
When you locate the destination folder to which you wish to copy your email, press Ctrl (on Microsoft Windows) or Option (on macOS) and then drop.

The Copy operation fails if you don’t have enough permissions for the target folder (read/write or full access).
Copying emails to Search Folders isn't supported.
If users don't press Ctrl (on Microsoft Windows) or Option (on macOS) while dropping the email to the target folder, the email is moved instead of being copied.
Duplicate emails won’t be copied to the new location, even if the user interface suggests that the operation was successful. This is a known issue that'll be addressed with improved messaging in an upcoming update.
Depending on the browsers and operating system that you use, the behavior and the key used for this feature may vary as explained in the following table.
