Apart from the Matters, Offline folders, Language Options, and Check-in option options available in the user mode, the following additional options are available in the admin mode:

  • Enable/Disable document deletion: The Allow document deletion option is enabled by default. Clear the check box to disable deletion of documents from the mapped folder on your Mac. By default, iManage Drive always deletes all versions of a document when it is deleted from the mapped drive.
  • Enable/Disable folder deletion: By default, the Allow folder deletion option is not selected. Select the check box if you want to enable folder deletion from the mapped folder.


    The Allow folder deletion option is enabled only if the Allow document deletion option is selected.
