NOTE:

  • Timeline entries for offline actions are added after syncing occurs when online, but if multiple actions are performed on the same file, then only the last action is recorded as a single event. The timestamp is always when iManage Drive is back online.
  • If you try to perform an action on a file that is a stub (not yet downloaded to iManage Drive), the file is downloaded automatically and an entry for the download is also displayed in the Timeline.
  • The Timeline entries mentioned here could vary slightly depending on the iManage Work Server version and whether the server is on-premises or cloud.
  • Copying, moving, or deleting an entire folder leads to similar audit entries being displayed for every file in the folder.
  • Depending on the version of the iManage Work Server that you are connected to, the Downloaded or Offline Download entry may appear each time you directly download a file or when it is downloaded automatically when you open or perform other actions on the file stub.
