From iManage Drive 10.9.0 onwards, when you try to rename a folder that's in use by another application, a prompt similar to one in the following figure is displayed indicating that the folder is in use. Select Restart File Explorer to troubleshoot the issue or Dismiss to close the prompt.
Additionally, the prompt closes if you move out of the folder.
