Reset iManage Drive
iManage Drive has a reset capability that enables the application to change back the settings that you have modified to their default values, recreate the database tables from scratch, and resynchronize the workspaces that were marked for syncing.
Select the iManage Drive icon in the Windows taskbar, select the Access iManage Drive settings icon and then select Reset iManage Drive. Select Yes on the dialog box that prompts you to confirm. Resetting iManage Drive removes the iManage Work accounts that are added to the application and the all tabs in the UI appear blank. All content from the mapped drive is also removed.
Once you add an iManage Work account again or the application syncs with the iManage Work Agent and connects to the same iManage Work account, your workspaces and document lists are displayed again. Select Access iManage Drive settings > Preferences > Select Workspaces to select the workspaces that you want to sync to your device and then select Sync.
