Besides the options mentioned in Configuring user settings, you can use the admin_setting_controlled_values option to specify a list of settings that you do not want to be overridden by users through iManage Drive preferences. The following values can be controlled to restrict certain preferences from being overridden by iManage Drive users:

  • checkin_mode_new_version
  • delete_documents
  • delete_folders
  • proxy_server_mode
  • proxy_server_url 

  • trigger_confirmation_change_count

  • trigger_confirmation_delete_count
