An admin user can customize the default tracker status values at the library level through iManage Control Center.
NOTE: These global tracker status values don’t affect existing trackers.
To customize the default status values:
Sign in to iManage Control Center.
In the left navigation pane under Extensions, select iManage Tracker configuration.
Browse to Default status and select View & Edit.
If you're a part of multiple libraries, select the library from the library drop=down list in the Default status values dialog.
Select Add value under the default status.
Enter the status name in the text box and press the Enter key.
Select Save.

NOTE: Users can also update the status value at the tracker level. It won’t affect the global status value.
To remove a status value, select 
near the status text box.
You can change the color of the status by selecting 
in the status text box.
