By default, Manage Work Desktop for Mac displays 10 recent locations and 5 suggested locations in iManage Work for the Browse and File and Quick File options.

Use the following options to change these default numbers:

• Maximum Suggested Locations to specify the maximum number of location suggestions available for users to choose from. These suggestions are based on the previous filing activities of a user. The default value is 5 and the recommended value range is 1 to 20.
  Example:

• Maximum Recent Locations to specify the maximum number of recent filing locations displayed for users to choose from. The default value is 10 and the recommended value range is 1 to 20.
  Example:
