Configure the iManage Work add-in for Microsoft Outlook to enable the iManage Work panel in Microsoft Outlook that enables users to perform various email management tasks.

NOTES:

  • The add-in requires version 16.88.1 or later of the following applications:

    • Microsoft Outlook for Mac (Microsoft 365 subscription)

    • Exchange Server - Exchange Online

  • The iManage Work options on the Services menu work only if you use the classic Outlook view; the options don’t function in new Outlook.
