With the View > Show as Conversations setting turned on in Microsoft Outlook, the following options enable users to file all emails/all emails in a conversation thread to iManage Work. This prevents the hassle of individually selecting and filing each email in the thread.
File all emails in conversation
Set the File all emails in conversation
option to true
to ensure that all emails in a conversation get filed to iManage Work whenever users file one of the emails in the thread.
Example:

File emails from same folder as selected email
Set the File emails from same folder as selected email
option to true
(default value is false
) to ensure that only the emails in the thread that are from the same folder as the selected email are filed. If users do not select any email or select the conversation thread title, the folder of the first email is considered and all emails in the thread, which are in the same folder as the first email, are filed to iManage Work.
NOTE: For this option to work, turn on (set to true
) the File all emails in conversation
option.
