Configuring the default filing folder for emails

A client-side registry setting was used to specify the name for the default email folder in a workspace. This configuration is set on the server now:

Location: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Interwoven\WorkSite\imDmsSvc\
Name: Default Email Folder
Type: REG_SZ
Value: E-mails (default value)
