This section describes the system requirements, supported platforms, and software dependencies for iManage Work Desktop for Windows version 10.9.0. NOTE:
You must install Agent Services before installing iManage Work Desktop for Windows if you are deploying iManage Work Desktop for Windows using an enterprise deployment tool.
Also, ensure that you install equivalent versions of iManage Work Desktop for Windows and iManage Agent Services. For example, if you install iManage Work Desktop for Windows 10.9.0 with Agent Services 10.8.0 (or the other way around), you may experience issues. Install iManage Work Desktop for Windows 10.9.0 with Agent Services 10.9.0.
iManage Work Desktop for Windows 10.9.0 is certified to be used with iManage Cloud and iManage Work Server 10.4.2 or later. If you are using any iManage Work Server version before 10.4.2, we recommend that you upgrade to this or later version.

NOTE: If using Adobe Acrobat Reader and Adobe Acrobat DC Pro and Standard with iManage Work Desktop for Windows in integrated mode, ensure Enable Protected Mode at startup (Preview) option is unselected and Protected View is set to Off under Edit > Preferences > Security (Enhanced)). iManage Work 10 installers 10.0.2 and later disable this setting by default. From version 10.7.0 onwards, Adobe Acrobat applications are supported in both integrated mode and non-integrated mode. For more information about this feature, refer to the Working with Adobe Acrobat applications in non-integrated mode section in iManage Work Desktop for Windows Help. From version 10.8.0 onwards, support for Adobe Acrobat Standard/Pro 2017 is deprecated. |
