1. Select the iManage Agent  menulet on the Mac menu bar, and then select Open iManage Work.
    If prompted, enter your sign-in credentials for iManage Work and select Sign in.
  2. Navigate to the desired file and select the  icon or right-click the file.
  3. Point to Share and then select one of the following options:
    • Send Link
    • Send Document
    • Send Both
    • Send Secure Link
    • Copy to Share Folder

    NOTE:

    • For more information about sharing options and other document actions that you can perform using iManage Work, refer to iManage Work Online Help.
    • If you are on macOS Monterey or macOS Ventura, a system-generated message is displayed asking you to give the application access to resources on your Mac. For more information, refer to the Security configuration section in iManage Work Desktop for Mac Installation Guide.
    • You can configure the file naming format for the attachments inserted to emails from iManage and the files and links emailed from iManage Work using the Attachment Filename Format option. For more information, refer to the Customizing application settings and Appendix A - Attributes for customizing attachment file name sections in iManage Work Desktop for Mac Installation Guide.
    • The Send Link, Send Document, and Send Both options are also available when accessing files from the iManage Work view in the panel in Microsoft Outlook. Select Show Work Panel in the iManage Work panel to access the view.
