When connected iManage Work 10.2 and later, Inbox filer support is available for Microsoft Outlook for Mac. Users' Inbox is checked for replies to any email they have received that has a luggage tag. Where the original email sent was filed using Send and File, all responses are automatically filed to the same location. A  label is added to indicate that the reply is filed, and the filing location is displayed above the email body.

NOTE:

Inbox filer isn't supported for Microsoft Outlook delegates. If enabled in a delegate's inbox, the Inbox owner will be listed as the person who filed the email.

If you don't want the emails in your Microsoft Outlook Inbox with a luggage tag to be saved to iManage Work, add the Enable Inbox Filer option in the com.imanage.configuration.plist file and set it to false. For more information, refer to the Disabling the Inbox filer section in iManage Work Desktop for Mac Installation Guide 10.6.1.
