The following steps describe how to use Ivanti Neurons for MDM (formerly MobileIron Cloud) to add iManage Work Mobility and configure access and app behavior:

3 | (Optional) Apply an AppTunnel policy to the application. | Prior to completing this step, you must configure an AppTunnel per the Ivanti documentation. - In the Ivanti admin portal, navigate to App Catalog, then select the Work 10 Mobility for Ivanti app.
- Select the App Configurations tab.
- Click AppTunnel.
- Define the tunneling rules for your users. See Configuring AppTunnel traffic rules for more details.

4 | Disable managed apps saving to un-managed apps. | - In the top menu bar of the Ivanti administrator portal, go to Configurations > +Add > Restrictions
- Ensure that the Allow Open In from managed to unmanaged apps option is disabled. This prevents corporate (managed) applications from sharing documents to public (unmanaged) applications such as Dropbox.
- Ensure that the Allow Open In from unmanaged to managed apps option is enabled. This enables users to move content from public (unmanaged) applications such as Dropbox to iManage Work.
- Click Save.
