Keyboard accessibility for the filter panel

Filter panel in the sidebar can be accessed using the dedicated Shift+F keyboard shortcut. After launching the filter panel, users can use the following keys to navigate through and then perform further actions as explained in the table below:

Shift+F	Open/close the Filter panel
Tab	The focus will navigates towards the bottom.
Esc	Collapse the Filter panel
Left arrow keys	Collapse header element
Right arrow key	Expand header element
Up arrow key	Navigate towards the top
Down arrow key	Navigate towards the bottom
Enter/Space	Apply the item as a filter
