You can view other users' My Matters and Recent Matters, and give permission for other users to view yours.

In the desktop view:

  1. Select My Matters or Recent Matters.
    At the top of the list, the signed in user name displays with a pull-down menu.
  2. Pull down the menu to see a list of users who have given you permission to view their matters.
  3. At the bottom of the menu select Show/Hide. 
    The Show/Hide dialog box appears.
  4. You can change users already in the list to show or hide their matters, or search for new users to add. 
  5. Make your changes and select Save

In mobile view: 

  1. Select the Matters tab. 
  2. Select My Matters or Recent Matters.
  3. At the top of the list is My Matters with the logged-in user name and a pull-down menu.
  4. Pull down the list to view users who have given you access to their matters.
  5. Scroll to the bottom of the list and select Show/Hide Users
  6. Select Show for each user whose matters you want to view. 
    Select Hide for each user whose matters you do not want to view.
  7. To add new users, select the Search bar and enter search text.
  8. Select Save

For this feature to work, you should have a preferred database set up for every database you connect to.
