You can ask questions using the Ask iManage panel in Microsoft Word and perform all the actions you do with Ask iManage side panel like:

  • Asking a question

  • Viewing evidence of the response

  • Copying the question and responses to your local device

  • Providing feedback

  • Deleting questions and responses

  • Exporting the responses

NOTES:

  • You can ask questions only if you have the Microsoft 365 desktop applications installed on your device. You can't ask questions in Microsoft Office 2021 or Microsoft Office 2019.

  • When trying to open a document using Safari or iManage Work Desktop for Mac, an error is displayed and the document doesn’t open.
