You can manage upload and download preferences between your device and iManage Work at cloudimanage.com using Site preferences in the extension. For more information, refer to the following sections:

• Site security policy is not enabled
• Site security policy is enabled by your administrator

Key considerations

• Wildcards are supported in your site preferences, but specific domain names override wildcard patterns.
  For example, if you set *.ajubacorp.com to Always upload from & download to iManage and imanage.ajubacorp.com Always download to computer, the specific domain (imanage.ajubacorp.com) takes precedence.

• If your administrator enables website restrictions, any site preferences you created before those restrictions were put in place get removed if that domain isn't on the allowed list.
  For example, if you previously saved a preference for imanage.ajubacorp.com but your admin hasn't added it to their allowed websites, that preference won't display in your Settings anymore.

• If your administrator enables website restrictions and you've set preferences for a domain that's included in the allowed list, iManage File Transfer extension retains the preference set.
  For example, if you previously set the preference for imanage.ajubacorp.com to Always upload to computer, that preference is retained when website restrictions are enabled and the domain is part of the allowed list.
