Before setting up email notifications for reviewers, set the reviewer at the workspace or folder level. To do this, map an iManage Work property to the Approver property type using the Add Property Mapping option under Settings > Metadata Mapping.

To set multiple reviewers, map multiple iManage Work properties to the Approver property type using the Add Property Mapping option under Settings > Metadata Mapping.

You can set the following iManage Work properties to the Approver property type:

• custom3, custom4, custom11, or custom12 for Disposition Reviewers

• custom13 through custom16 for additional Disposition Reviewers
