To view the timeline entries for tasks:
On the list view, select Tasks.
Select one of the following:
Triggered
Upcoming
Errors
Select the
kebab menu next to the task and select Timeline. The timelines for the selected task are displayed and provide details of the changes made to the selected task. Figure: Timelines - Tasks
Each task’s timeline entry displays:
Timelines when the tasks status changed (approved, denied, complete, and so on).
Timelines when the tasks were executed, and completed (or completed with errors, if the task completed with errors).
Timelines when the tasks were re-calculated.
Timelines if the tasks were re-opened.
Timelines when additional reviewers were added.
