To view the timeline entries for destroyed records:
In the list view, select Destroyed Records.
Select
kebab menu and then select Timeline next to the destroyed record for which you want to view timelines. The timeline entries for the selected destroyed record are displayed and provide details of the changes made to the selected record. Figure: Timeline-Destroyed records
The timeline for each destroyed record displays:
Entries for the schedule names applied to or removed from the record, along with the user who made the change.
Entries for the hold names applied to or removed from the record, along with the user who made the change.
Entries for the denials or approvals made to the record, along with the user who has denied or approved the task.
Entries for when the record is queued for destruction and when it's destroyed.
