To view the timeline entries for destroyed records:
On the list view, select Destroyed records.
Select
kebab menu and then select Timeline next to the destroyed record for which you want to view timelines. The timelines for the selected destroyed record are displayed and provide details of the changes made to the selected event. Figure: Timelines - Destroyed Records
Each destroyed records' timeline entry displays:
Timelines for the schedule names applied or removed from the record, along with the user who made the change.
Timelines for the hold names applied or removed from the record, along with the user who made the change.
Timelines for the denials or approvals made to the record, along with the user who has denied or approved the task.
Timelines when the record is queued for destruction and when it is destroyed.
