Prerequisites

Customers with production iManage Cloud accounts with the iManage Work service can enable iManage Insight+.

Supported platforms

iManage Insight+ is developed for deployment with iManage Work at cloudimanage.com.

NOTES:

  • iManage Insight+ installation is supported only on cloudimanage.com.

  • Contact your iManage account representative and ensure that you've subscribed to iManage Insight+, and then follow the instructions available in Configuring iManage Insight+ for cloudimanage.com in iManage Control Center.

NOTE: We recommend using the latest available version of any of these supported browsers for best performance and user experience. iManage provides support for these browsers based on each vendor's support policies. For example, if you're using an earlier version of Google Chrome that's no longer supported by Google, we won't provide support for that version.
